Hawai‘i is a unique real estate market, and navigating it requires both local understanding and financial expertise. By working on both the real estate and lending side, I’m able to guide clients through the entire process—from finding the right property to structuring the right financing—while making sure they always feel informed, supported, and empowered.
Whether it’s a first-time buyer purchasing a condo in Waikoloa, an investor acquiring property in Kona, or someone relocating to the islands, my goal is always the same: make the journey smooth, transparent, and successful.
A Journey with Many Chapters
My career began in the U.S. Navy, where I was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. That experience instilled the discipline, responsibility, and commitment to service that continue to guide my work today.
After leaving the Navy, I explored my creative side in television, contributing as a writer and creative collaborator with HBO and Saturday Night Live, where my work appeared in several productions.
I later spent more than 20 years in enterprise sales and business development, working in fintech, artificial intelligence, and marketing technology. Those years sharpened my ability to build strong relationships, structure complex deals, and consistently deliver results.
Real Estate, Lending & Life on the Ocean
Along the way, I also pursued my lifelong love of the ocean. I hold a U.S. Coast Guard 200-Ton Captain’s License and work as a marine lender and yacht broker, representing ACY Yachts, Fountaine Pajot, and Dufour.
Today, I bridge these worlds—helping clients finance both homes and yachts while bringing the same steady approach to every transaction.
